Urvashi Datwani brings over 30 years of experience in the legal fraternity, across law, corporate communications, business development, and management functions. Having spent more than two decades with two of India's leading corporate law firms, she has worked closely with partners, senior leaders, and high-performing professionals, gaining deep insight into leadership, performance, and organizational growth.
At AZB & Partners, Urvashi played a key role in the firm's transformation from a single-lawyer practice to a leading law firm with over 500 professionals until 2015. She was instrumental in developing the firm's business services, across HR and Business development, marketing and establishing its Client Relationship Management programme, working closely with the Management.
She later led the Client and Market Development function at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., where she strengthened the firm's thought leadership presence, contributing to global rankings, industry recognition, and strong media visibility for the firm and its partners.
Urvashi is a Economics & Commerce graduate from Jai Hind College, Mumbai and an alum of Columbia Business School, USA. She is a certified HR expert through Wellingkars Institute, Mumbai and her contributions have been recognized through her inclusion in the Forbes Legal Powerlist/Powerlift (2021–2023), which featured her among India's leading management professionals in the legal sector.

Ishita is a marketing professional with over 12 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, customer engagement and business development. She has worked for international brands in Singapore and India, that gives her a strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and consumer behaviour. Her expertise includes building brands, driving business growth and leading cross-functional initiatives across diverse industries.
As a Co-Founder at UGD and Co. Ishita has provided HR, Marketing and Business Development strategy to select Indian and International Law firms.
Ishita completed her Bachelors of Mass Media from H. R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and thereafter obtained a Masters in Management degree from the National University of Singapore, Business School. Ishita is a trained Kathak dancer and artist.
